*Tuition is due and payable by the second week of the month. All major credit cards, checks or cash are excepted. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted. Invoices will be sent on Team snap for all balances that are currently or past due.
*Attendance is important! Please call the studio if you will be absent.
Classes that are cancelled due to the weather, will be made up or virtual on zoom. Students may take a comparable class for a make up, if you miss a class due to illness. There are no refunds for missed classes.
*The studio will close for inclement weather if in-school is cancelled or for early dismissals. We will post on our face book page, Instagram and on WTNH. We will be open on all Monday Holidays and throughout February and April vacations.
The only closings are for Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas vacation. This does not include the summer months.
*We have a restricted viewing policy within our waiting area. Parents are asked to drop off children with the exception of 4 years and under. Older students will have observation days for parents to stay and observe. We ask that all observers are courteous and speak quietly in the waiting areas, during class time.
*Students are expected to be respectful of other students and teachers at all times.
*Our Competition Companies compete 5 times throughout the season, (January through July), including our summer Nationals. Auditions are held for the next season, in August. Contact us for details. Competition students MUST let us know by May 1st, if you will NOT be attending nationals. There is a NO refund policy for entries, once they have been paid.
*Company costume deposits are due by October 1st. . All balances must be paid by November 1st.
*Stratford Performing Arts Academy has two performances for our Non-Competitive/Recreational students. (Company also performs in June) Dates will be announced by September.
*Costumes are required for all performances. A 50% deposit is due February 1st for Non-competitive students. All balances must be paid by April 1st.
*Our students are asked to perform at events throughout the season such as festivals, Nursing homes, parties, charity events, etc. We value all performance opportunities.

*All Princess Ballet Classes (Creative Movement 1,2,,3) .....Pink leotards, pink tights, pink ballet slippers and black
buckle patent leather tap shoes. (any style leotard). You may purchase through SPAA special orders, or on our online store. Simply create a "Nimbly" account for our highly recommended "Revolution" brand items.
*Pre-Ballet/Jazz and Tap ....Light blue leotard, pink tights. Tap students may wear tan or black shoes to class. A specific color will be required for the June Recital performance, depending on the costume selection.
*Ballet students.....Black leotard, Pink or tan tights and pink split sole ballet slippers.
*Jazz students.... Black leotard or black dance shorts with a black tank or camisole top, tan tights and black jazz slip on jazz shoes
*Tap students..... Same as Jazz
*Lyrical/Modern students...Same as Jazz but with tan stirrup tights.
*Hip Hop students....Sweat pants, or leggings with a t-shirt and sneakers. No Jeans.
*Vocal students.....Street clothes are acceptable.
